One More night shot from Sutro Baths, I was going through some of my original images and realized for one reason or another I had never adjusted this photo to it's final form. Little work with levels a bit of time with the healing tool and it looks a million times better than the parent image. I really try to not over work my photos but like to massage them a little. Decided to post of original and final photos.

I fell in love with long exposure night photography about a year ago and have been playing around with it every opportunity I get.

All these photos were shot under the light of a full moon. It's just amazing how much light there is when it's dark out.

Monk & Death Valley

One of my favorite photos. Was visiting one of my favorite places to shoot (Death Valley). It's a magical place during the cooler months Sep-Feb and a unforgiving place for the rest of the year.

This photo was taken at Dante's Peak right around sun set. There were a bus load of Monks visiting the park, right place right time.

Blog Start

Have always wanted my own place to showcase some of my photos.

Have not been getting out to shoot as much as I use to sadly. I thought if I had a blog it would put some pressure on me to get out into the field, and build my portfolio. 

I'll try to post at least a photo a day, for the beginning they will be from my stock pile. Lets see how quick I can get some new material up and running...
